Can you serve our guests at our reception in the Hotel?

Absolutely, we can serve wherever you wish, inside or outside. The Traditional Ice Cream Bicycle can operate with or without power so whatever the location it is no problem.

What areas do you cover?

At present, we cover the counties of Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Once a date is set for your event you should think about booking as the Traditional Ice Cream Bicycle is popular at events all year round and we are already having enquiries for 2009. We will always do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

Do you require a deposit upon booking?

Yes, upon booking we require a non refundable deposit of £100. This deposit secures the dates you have requested. The balance should be paid 30 days in advance of your event, or if you wish the full cost can be paid upon booking thus giving you one less thing to remember as your big day approaches!

Could you decorate the Bicycle in my chosen colour scheme?

The Ice Cream Bicycle can be decorated with beautiful ribbons and bows. We are of course only too happy to help where we can to match your chosen colours.

How long can you be at our event?
